Kalmo is the software suite developed to protect the Company, its Managers and Employees, allowing you to provide documentary evidence about, in relation to the task assigned, the actual PPE assignment, the participation to training courses in relation to the function or to the task assigned, the planning and management of medical examination., the assignment of electronic Permit-to-Work System, and the management of the health, privacy and safety requirements of company Employees to deal with the health emergency caused by the Covid-19.
Kalmo is based on the experience of multinational oil and chemical companies, utilities of water, energy and transport.
It has been developed starting from practical needs and considering the statutory regulations on safety at work, and the related needs of management and certification.
Kalmo enables you to take care of employees in terms of workplace safety, mandatory education and training, professional growth and more generally of their health.
PPE PLANNER
It manages and certifies the assignments of safety devices to each worker, by keeping track of the assignments and approvals and dividing the employee’s data (also in relation to their position and team), ensuring that each employee has the necessary tools to carry out his / her activity in complete safety.
SKILL PLANNER
It manages the staff training plan, the registration and the documentation related to the employee’s participation to the training courses; it is a control tool but also an incentive for the professional growth of the staff. It is useful for training institutions in planning new opportunities to propose to the companies.
ePWS MANAGER
It manages the Permits-to-work in order to control certain types of work that are potentially hazardous, and allows to verify the hazards related to activities to do or originated from the interference with other works in the same plant, and also it manages the issue of authorizations after the consideration of all foreseeable hazards.
HEALTH SURVEILLANCE
It manages the scheduling of health surveillance visits, the revision of visits and toxicological visits to which the employees must submitted on the basis of their role, age and history of visits already made, in compliance with the times established by law.
SMART MONITORING
It manages the health, privacy and safety of workers, during the controlled and gradual recovery of production activities, after the lockdown imposed by the Government with the Prime Ministerial Decree of March 22, 2020 (Cura Italia Decree), to deal with the health emergency caused by the pandemic from Covid-19.
